The quote request form will also collect your current IP address (at the time you sent the form) and the time and date that you sent that form.

Once you submit your details using our website online quote request form, you will be contacted by a third party company to “double check” your requirements.

They will provide at up to 4 quotations for those who enquire. What this means to you is that you should be prepared for up to 4 calls from home improvement companies to discuss your quotes (plus the initial verification phone call).

The home improvement companies will likely want to visit your home (or the property in question) to carry out a survey in order to draw up the quotation.

If you don’t want to be contacted by phone, or have a home visit, you should specify this on the contact form and we will comply with your wishes.
